What is Ideal Dental Plan?

Ideal Dental Plan is NOT INSURANCE, but rather a direct payment arrangement for services, products, and care provided.

Unlike traditional dental insurance that’s filled with red-tape, Ideal Dental Plan features no waiting periods, no deductibles, no maximums, exclusions, or claims process.

Now that’s ideal.

How much does membership cost?

Ideal Dental Plan is very affordable and will almost always pay for itself in just one visit to a participating Ideal Dental office. With choices to fit any budget, saving on your dental care has never been easier—or more affordable. Adult membership: $199 per year and Child(ren) membership(s): $99 per year (per person).

Note: All plans are an annual commitment. As a courtesy, Ideal Dental offers a monthly-payment option to pay the full annual membership fee over time.

Your annual membership will automatically renew every 12-months unless you elect to opt-out at your time of renewal. Memberships that are paid monthly require an initial first 3-months payment when joining. 45-days prior to your renewal date, we will send you a renewal notification. You will also receive a courtesy email reminder 7 days prior to renewal.

Which dental offices can I use my membership at?

Ideal Dental Plan is accepted at a growing community of Ideal Dental offices coast-to-coast. A list of participating Ideal Dental offices can be found online or by calling (888) 707-9007, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm CT

How soon can I use my membership?
Ideal Dental Plan has no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums. You can utilize your membership immediately after enrolling and as much as needed while you’re a member. Simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating dental office and the office staff will verify your eligibility real-time and apply the member-only discounts to your treatment plan.
How frequently can I use my membership?
Unlike traditional dental insurance plans that are filled with red-tape, Ideal Dental Plan has no maximums so you can use your membership as much as needed. To maintain optimal oral health, the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends regular dental visits, at intervals determined by your dentist. The frequency of your regular dental visits should be tailored by your dentist to accommodate for your current oral health status and health history.
How long is my membership term?

Ideal Dental Plan is an annual discount dental plan with a 12-month term that auto-renews at the end of its respective term. You will be notified of your renewal options when your plan is up for renewal.

As a courtesy, Ideal Dental offers a monthly-payment option to pay the full annual membership fee over time.

Can I add dependents to my membership?

Yes, you can sign-up other adult or child dependents to your membership anytime by logging in to your personal online account at member.kleer.com or by calling (888) 707-9007, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm CT to speak with a friendly Ideal Dental Plan representative.

How do I renew my membership?

Your Ideal Dental Plan membership will renew automatically at the end of your 12-month term. You may log in to your personal online account by visiting member.kleer.com to review and manage your subscription renewal settings.

How do I cancel my membership?

Ideal Dental Plan is an annual membership discount dental plan that includes a 30-day money back guarantee if no services or discounts have been used.

Once discounts and/or services have been rendered under your plan, the plan is an annual commitment to be paid in full without refund. You may cancel your plan at your time of renewal.

Canceling your plan and/or non-payment before your plan term has expired may reverse the discounts you received under your plan. Full payment of the service fees used under your plan could be required for early cancelation and/or non-payment.
