DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!!!!! i used a brand from safeway called rembrant for 28 bucks and it worked ok i got 3-4 shades lighter in one use. but side effect was after the use my teeth hurt for the whole day and night. so choice is yours either waste your money or hurt your teeth.

it’s called BRUSHING your teeth. Just keep brushing and the stains with eventually come off, worked for me. This is for people who don’t know HOW to brush teeth. It takes 2 minuets in the morning and night, jeez.
