Although you can spend money on having your dentist create a custom made mouth guard these do cost money. So a lot of people will opt for the teeth whitening trays that are mass produced. The main problem with using this form of kit is that the tray may not fit properly so the gel that it contains may not come in contact with all of the teeth. This in turn results in an uneven whitening of the teeth.

The Arm & Hammer Stuff didn’t seem to whiten my teeth that much, but the baking soda did make my teeth feel much more polished than they do when I just brush in between dentist cleanings.
