dont overdo it. it is said once a week for hydrogen peroxide/baking soda but every other day is not a problem either. u have to be consistent for good results.
What if I substitute the water for hydrogen peroxide, will it work better? I saw on a website that mixing these two together will work better.
I also want to know how many times can i brush my teeth with baking soda/water or HP/baking soda. Can I brush three times a day or will that damage my teeth and/or gums?
